How We Use AI
We advise companies on the responsible use of AI. So we should also disclose how we work with it ourselves.
Editorial responsibility
Every text on this website is reviewed and signed off by a human before it is published. The responsible person is Michael Jung, Managing Director of AINA Technology GmbH. This applies to blog posts, service descriptions and all other content.
Where AI appears in our process
- Research and evaluation of sources
- Structuring and linguistic revision of drafts
- Code development in a partner-coding approach
Where it does not
- Professional assessments and recommendations
- Figures, quotations and source attributions
- References and project details
- Images of people, places or events
We do not use photorealistic AI images. What looks like a photograph is one.
No chatbot
There is no AI assistant running on this website. Anyone who writes or calls reaches a human being.
Legal framework
The transparency obligations of the EU AI Act (Article 50) have applied since 2 August 2026. For publications under editorial responsibility, the regulation provides an exemption from the labelling obligation. We therefore refrain from blanket AI notices and instead disclose our working process โ which we consider the more meaningful information.
